Founded by Issa Nyaphaga—Hope International for Tikar People ( HITIP) is a nonprofit organization that aims to provide medicine, clothes as well as emergency medical and educational supplies to the people of Tikar.

Since 2002, HITIP has provided medicine, emergency medical supplies, shoes, books, school supplies, school bags, clothes and toys to seven villages in the Tikar region. All of these supplies were recycled and HITIP only had to cover the cost of shipping and transporting them.
